Iye Ekpeke means ‘My Shield’ in Kalabari. The song is a constant reminder of Psalm 3 vs 3, “But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; My glory, and the lifter up of mine head.” Despite the challenges life throws our way, the Lord is our shield to protect us from the storms.
