Christian hip-hop artist of Nigerian, Limoblaze, released a lyric and lays bare the truth on prayer in his new single, which, interestingly, features fellow gospel music campaigner, Angeloh.
The Pray For Me song echoes a bible verse (James 5:16) – “confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much“.
Limoblaze revealed an emotional perspective on prayer as Angeloh’s flow cut across with undeniable truth on how to stand up for each other. This new project works for me with its whip-smart melody, and I can’t but mention how the quality of delivery brought to the table by both parties complement well.

Pray For Me [Refix] Lyrics By Limoblaze Ft. Angeloh
Ehh my brother make you pray for me
Make you pray for me
Cos i can’t do this on my own
And na your prayers go carry me through
Brother make you pray for me
Make you pray for me
Cos i can’t do this on my own
And na your prayers go carry me through
Pray for me
Tell me would you love me still
Tell me would you love me still
If i fell
Tell me would you me grace
Tell me would you me grace
If I fell
I know I may not meet your expectations
But I’m just asking for a little show of patience
Please don’t throw the baby out with the bath water
If i miss steps, let me go and replace it
Cos I may not be perfect though I’m tryna be
Though I got so many people looking up to me
I hope you love me enough to even pray for me
These facebook likes are overrated
They don’t do much for me
Man! it’s been a long time coming
The Journey’s been tough
But thank God we still running
Eh! it’s been a long time coming
The Journey’s been tough
And I just ask that you pray for me
Ehh my brother make you pray for me
Make you pray for me
Cos i can’t do this on my own
And na your prayers go carry me through
Brother make you pray for me
Make you pray for me
Cos i can’t do this on my own
And na your prayers go carry me through
Pray for me
Aya aya ya Oh oh oh
Say my brother make you pray for me
Make you pray for me
Pray for he brothers in arms
The veterans out in the farm
Pray for the Pastors, musicians and all the leaders everywhere that be holding things down for the Lord
Dem be men of God but dem be men first
In the ways of God dem be well versed
But the other side of the coin be say When temptation come around to hit a’ dem e hit a’ dem worse
It’s easy to judge from the sidelines yeah
Truth be told we make mistakes
But a blemish upon our lives
Be a stain upon the lords name
So we pray for the Kings and all those in authority
That the Father keep us from falling into iniquity
Brothers and the sisters around be holding em down
Showing them correction and loving to infinity
Ehh my brother make you pray for me
Make you pray for me
Cos i can’t do this on my own
And na your prayers go carry me through
Brother make you pray for me
Make you pray for me
Cos i can’t do this on my own
And na your prayers go carry me through
Pray for me
Aya aya ya Oh oh oh
Say my brother make you pray for me
Make you pray for me
*Proverbial Talk
Closer and closer i feel to rock bottom
I let pride get in the way of my confession
Now every single time I hold a microphone
I see the way they look at me
Man what these people want from me
Expectations are too high
If i fall I’m scared to see the way they would react
Would i get grace or is it just another phrase that they like
So they quote it when they’re tryna get hyped
The power of any sin is in its secrecy
So if you got a problem man
I Promise that you can share with me
I’m still perfecting my ways
So I can not judge
But see I can only pray for you I promise it is all love.
